Question 1

Will my WhatsApp number get banned if I use Agniix?

Accepted Answer

Agniix uses the official WhatsApp Business API, which is the approved way to message customers. A number can still be restricted if many customers block or report your messages, so we allow only opt-in contacts, put an opt-out on every broadcast, and throttle sending rather than firing it all at once.

Question 2

Can I use my existing business number?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in most cases. The number must be able to receive an OTP. If it is already on the WhatsApp Business app or with another provider, we walk you through the steps.

Question 3

What is the prepaid wallet and how does it work?

Accepted Answer

You top up by UPI. Each delivered message is deducted at ₹1.40 (marketing) or ₹0.30 (utility). A message that fails to deliver is not charged.

Question 4

Can I send messages in Hindi and other Indian languages?

Accepted Answer

Hindi first. Bhojpuri and Awadhi are coming. Ready-made templates and writing help get the message right for your shop.

Question 5

How much does Agniix cost?

Accepted Answer

₹500 per month for the Starter plan, which includes ₹100 welcome credit (one per phone number, valid 30 days), no per-contact charges, the official WhatsApp Business API connection, and WhatsApp support in Hindi and English (Mon–Sat, 10am–7pm).

Question 6

What does each message cost?

Accepted Answer

A delivered marketing message is ₹1.40; a utility message is ₹0.30. Prices are final — Agniix Labs is an MSME-registered business and does not charge GST. Prices may change if WhatsApp changes its rates, and you are charged only for delivered messages.
